Dedicated to the memory of Tony Pankhurst

This site is a tribute to our dad, Tony Pankhurst, who sadly passed away on Thursday 9th May 2024 at the age of 67.

Those who knew him are welcome to pay their respects at his funeral service on Friday 7th June-13:15, at Hastings Cremetorium (TN34 2AE)

As a dedicated football fan, dad loved Brighton Hove Albion FC and was a Seagull through and through. With this in mind, we ask those attending the funeral to please wear Blue and White, instead of Black.

We will ask for family flowers only please. If you wish, we as a family would be immensly grateful for any donations to ‘Hospice in the Weald’ who provided such love and support to dad in his final weeks. Without them, we as a family wouldnt have such lovely final memories of sitting with him in their gorgeous gardens. Donations can be made using the link on this page.

He is much loved and will always be remembered. We look forward to hearing your stories of times with him in due course.

Thoughts

Tony inspired my entire Dungeon Master persona for my D&D campaigns with friends. I used the name "The Curator" and themed my set-up to be like a macabre movie theater/museum combination. My appearance of course was totally different but I felt as though I emulated him with my own flair very well. I want to send best wishes to his family and to other fans like myself who have been inspired by him and just say thank you for leaving this open so I could post this. May Tony rest in peace. And may we cross paths again...in another life.

Tony was an actor that I haven’t met and wish I’d did! I admired his videos and photos of him and been wanting to talk to him on FaceTime but he most of thought that I was some kind of hacker or scammer so we never really got to talk! I’ve been waiting to see him in person someday but I know that’s not going to happen now that he’s gone. I’ve always seen him as a kind and caring person Who loved his job very well and was family as well. So now he is at rest and not suffering anymore may he RIP up above with the other angels…. My deepest condolences to his family and friends back home!😇🙏🏼💕

Truly saddened to hear the news about Tony's passing. As The Face of The Curator, he brought me and thousands of other around the world so much joy throughout the past few years. He will be remembered as an amazing actor, and even better friend and father. Rest in Peace. "I have no doubt we'll meet again... In the future. Farewell." The Curator.
